Sneglefellen: +66% revenue growth into peak season in under 90 days

We partnered in April 2026, right as the short garden season kicked off. Revenue grew +66% from our first full month to peak, blended ROAS held above 4x, and Google became a strong second channel.

A short season, and the clock already running

Sneglefellen sells a seasonal garden product. Demand is compressed into a narrow spring and summer window, so the entire year has to be won in just a few months.

We came on board in April 2026, right as that window was opening. There was no runway to ease in: we had to get up to speed and scale hard within weeks, on a seasonal product, without letting profitability slip as budgets climbed.

Growth was also concentrated on a single platform. Google was underused, leaving an obvious, high-intent channel largely untapped.

The goal was to capture as much of the short season as possible without efficiency falling apart as spend climbed. We did it in three moves.

High-Volume Creative Testing

Seasonal products give you no time to guess. We launched 100 batches of ads, 2 to 6 creatives each, across statics and UGC, so winning angles surfaced fast and we always had fresh creative feeding the algorithm.

Aggressive But Profitable Meta Scaling

With proven winners in hand, we scaled Meta spend into the peak of the season while holding ROAS around 3.6x. Structured budget expansion followed the data, so more spend meant more revenue, not more waste.

Scaled Google As A Second Channel

We built Google up to capture the high-intent demand Meta was creating. It grew into a strong profitable channel at an 8.5x+ ROAS, reducing the brand's dependence on any single platform.
