Curve ("we", "us") is a Norwegian performance marketing agency operating this website, curve.no. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this site, why, and what rights you have. Questions? Email us at hei@curve.no.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you book a call, fill in a quiz or form, or apply as a UGC creator, we receive what you submit: typically your name, email, phone number, company, website, and details about your business such as advertising budget or the problems you want help with.
Usage data (analytics). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages visited, visit duration, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, and how you found us. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics receives limited, cookieless signals that cannot be tied to you.
Advertising measurement. We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our own advertising works. The pixel only sets cookies and sends browsing events if you accept cookies. If you submit a form, we may also send Meta a hashed (unreadable) version of the contact details you submitted, so that conversions can be matched to ads. We do not sell your data.
Booking. Calls are scheduled through Calendly, which processes the details you enter when booking under its own privacy policy.
Why we process it (legal basis)
- Answering you and delivering what you asked for (call bookings, audits, free creative work): performance of contract / steps prior to entering a contract.
- Analytics and advertising measurement cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via cookie settings.
- Aggregate, cookieless site statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works.

No analytics or marketing cookies are set until you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.

Who we share data with
We use a small number of processors to run this site and our marketing: Google (analytics), Meta (advertising measurement), Vercel (website hosting), and Calendly (call scheduling). Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA under EU-approved transfer mechanisms (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Form and lead information is kept for as long as we are in an active dialogue or business relationship with you, and deleted when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to processing, receive your data in a portable format, and withdraw any consent at any time. Email hei@curve.no and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, or your local supervisory authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page with a new "last updated" date.
